Shipping policy

We ship fast so you and your pets can enjoy our products sooner!

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day of ordering.Certain items may ship straight from the manufacturer and will have shipping times designated on their item pages.

Typically orders arrive within 2 days by mail but can depend on shipping method and location. Local delivery orders will generally be delivered same or next day.

If you do not receive you order (appears delivered to wrong address, seems lost, ect) please reach out to us at info@maddiesamerican.com. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and ship a replacement order pending the result of the investigation.
