Fast and Efficient Processing:
We understand that once you’ve placed your order, you’re eager to receive it. That’s why we strive to process most orders within 12 hours. While some items may require additional handling or transit times, we make sure to clearly communicate any delays on their individual product pages. Since select products are made to order, they may have increased handling/production times noted on their specific pages.
Shipping From the Heart of America:
Based in Cleveland, OH, our warehouse serves as the hub for dispatching your pet essentials. Whether you’re in the heart of the city or nestled in the countryside, we’ve got your shipping needs covered. While we handle and ship most products directly, we partner with select manufactuers that may ship diredtly to you from other USA based locations. Shipping transit times are based on your location in relationship to the shipment origination point. Typically, transit times for standard shipping services are 1-5 days with east coast addresses seeing the fastest times.
Carrier Partnerships:
To ensure the smooth delivery of your orders, we partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and Amazon Logistics. If you have a preference for a particular carrier, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. In order to provide the best value for all of our Pack Members (customers), we ship with the most cost effective option for your specific order based on the service selected at checkout.

We understand that every Pack Member has unique shipping preferences. That’s why we offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders over $39, with a transit time of 2-5 business days. Orders under $39 will incur a $5 shipping charge.

Carbon Neutral Shipping: For an environmentally-conscious choice, upgrade to carbon neutral shipping for just $6. We offset the carbon footprint of your order and utilize eco-friendly delivery services, with a transit time of 2-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Need your goodies in a hurry? Opt for expedited shipping for faster processing and air shipping service via USPS Priority Mail or expedited UPS service. Upgrade any order to Expedited Shipping for only $15. Note: product specific handling/production times apply.

Next Day Air Shipping: For urgent deliveries, choose next day air shipping for lightning-fast processing and delivery via USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day Air. Orders placed by 12pm ET Monday through Thursday qualify for next day delivery. Upgrade any order to next day delivery for only $30. Note: product specific handling/production times apply.
Stay in the Loop with Tracking:
We want you to be as excited about your package’s journey as your pet is about their goodies. That’s why we provide tracking information for all shipments. Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Keep an eye out for multiple updates if your order includes items shipped separately.

What is Shipping Protection:
Shipping protection is an optional service offered during checkout that offers protection against common shipping issues that may come up. Common examples include lost or damaged packages, some cases of package theft, etc. The cost of this service is based on your order total and will be calculated at checkout.
Industry Leading Partnership:
We partner with Re:Do, a leading technology company that specializes in creating easy return and shipment protection platforms for eccomerce. Our self serve portal allows you to quickly and easily utilize your shipping protection benefits 24/7. Simply log into your store account to start your claim.
What are my Options if I Opt Out of Shipping Protection:
While we always try to work with pack members to ensure any order problem is quickly addressed, the process can take considerable longer if package protection was not purchased. In these situations we have to first work with our shipping partners to investigate the situation and process according to their terms and conditions. When shipping protection is purchased we are able to address the situation quickly and then work with our shipping partners after the fact.
Is Shipping Protection an Insurance Product:
Legally, we need to point out that our shipping protection offering is not a insurance product and neither Re:Do nor Maddie's American Pet Products LLC is in the business of offering insurance products to consumers. While shipping protection functions in many of the same ways it is not an insurance product and we administer all aspects of the program internally, while using Re:Do's technology.
Other Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to discontinue this service or modify it at any time. While rare, claims may be denied if fraud, abuse, or other inappropriate behavior is discovered or suspected. In certain situations we may also block a customer from being able to purchase this service if abbuse is suspected.

At Maddie's American Pet Products we are commitment to bringing you the best USA crafted products for your pets, whether they are our exclusive product lines or our curated selection of partner brand products. Always USA Crafted:
Our products are always crafted in the USA for exceptional quality and safety. We are proud to support skilled American workers and doing our part to support a strong economy. While we make every effort to source raw materiels domestically, we also work with our manufacturing partners to ensure the highest quality ingrediants are selected independent of their origin. Additionally several ingrediants may not naturally occure dommestically and would of course be procured from their naturally occuring place of origin.
Partner Products:
For products that do not bear the Maddie's American Pet Products name we imploy a strict process for evaluating performance, value and overall quality. All products are manufactured within the USA by brands that align with our own values.
Crafted vs "Made in the USA":
While these two terms may seem the same, there are actually strict rules in place for how companies can utilize the term "Made in the USA". This includes being assembled or manufactured in the USA but also having nearly all of the components sourced from the USA. In most cases we utilize the term Crafted in the USA since the production takes place in the USA but select ingrediants may be sourced from other locations as needed. We do offer select products that contain exclusivly USA sourced ingrediants and these will be noted on their item details page.
Printed in the USA Apparel:
Most apparel offerings will bear the printed in the USA label. Our manufacturing partner uses a mix of both USA crafted and at times foreign sourced "blank" apparel. Rest assured these items are inspected and screen printed by skilled American workers. Additionally, these items are designed by our family owned manufacturing partner to exacting specifications.

Our Pack Perks Rewards program is an easy way to earn rewards while shopping for the products your pets already love! This article should explain the basics you need to know about our rewards program but as always reach out if you have a question that is not answered here or in our related articles.
Accessing Your Pack Perks Account:
The easiest way to learn about the program is to log into your store account and navigate to the Pack Perks Tab. From your account you can see your points and explore the many ways you can earn and redeem points. If you are new, you can easily create your store account in no time.
Creating a Store Account:
Creating your account is easy! If you have purchased from us prior to creating your account it is recommended that you use the same email address you entered when completing those orders. In many cases we will have tracked points prior to you creating your account and these activities will sync (so you may already have points!). Not all activities allow for past linking so it's always a good idea to create your account before or during your first purchase.
Pack Perks Basics:
Pack Members earn points for completing purchases, referrals and other actions. These points can be exchanged for a discount that can be used during checkout.
Pack Teirs:
We reward our most loyal Pack Members with upgraded tiers that each have special benefits. The biggest benefit of moving up tiers are higher earn rates for purchases. Tiers are calculated by yearly spend (not points earned) and reset yearly.
Redeeming Rewards:
Within your account you can redeem points for dollars off your next transaction at a rate of 1,000 points per $2. Occasionally we will offer special redemption options such as free products. The redemption rate is standard across all tiers.
Points Expiration:
Points expire 1 year after they are earned. We will do our best to notify members via email when points are expiring soon.
Terms & Conditions Summary:
The Pack Perks Rewards Program [program] may be canceled or modified at any time by Maddie's American Pet Products LLC, unless otherwise restricted by state or local regulations. Points have no value outside of the program and cash value will not be disbursed outside of the program. We are not responsible for lost or stolen points.
You can shop with confidence knowing we accept returns, if needed, on all orders.

In general, unopened or products in resellable condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original form of payment. You will be responsible for paying return shipping for the item (unless return protection was purchased at checkout).
Additionally, every product we sell is covered by our 365 Day Tail Wag Guarantee. This guarantee helps ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and the product functions as indended. Every item and store category has specific terms so it is important to review the 365 Day Tail Wag Guarantee tab on the products' detail page.
All returns can be started by accessing the Returns & Exchanges section within your store account. Simply login or create your account to access the portal and your order history.

At Maddie's American Pet Products we are committed to giving back to pets in need. Our "You Buy, We Donate" program is our commitment to helping pets in need! You Buy, We Donate:
Since our founding we have committed to giving back with every purchase. Through this program we donate the value of a meal to a pet shelter in need for every order. This donation is equivalent to an average cup of pet food and allocated as a lump sum monthly. The receiving shelter is free to use the monetary donation for whatever operational costs they may have and are not required to use the funds for feeding. Since many shelters have feedings programs already in place this allows them to utilize the donation as they best see fit.
Organization Requirements:
Shelters are required to be a 501c(3) non profit to receive any donations from Maddie's American Pet Products.

We partner with Pledge, a leading solutions provider specializing in donation technology. Pledge administers, calculates, and remits donations to our shelter partners so you can trust all donations are going where they should! Pledge helps both businesses and individuals easily collect and remit monetary donations to vetted non profit organizations world wide.

Our Auto-Ship + Save program is an easy way ensure you never run out of your pets favorites! What is Auto-Ship + Save:
Auto-Ship + Save is our program offering automatic deliveries on your schedule. We will securely store your payment preferences and automatically charge your payment method and ship your order based on your selected scheduled.
Signing Up:
For qualifying items , you will see a blue and orange widget on the item detail page offering your choices of a one time order or a Auto-Ship + Save order. A drop down box will allow you to choose your prefered delivery schedule. The delivery schedule can be updated later if needed.
Managing Your Auto-Ship + Save:
Our newly updated Auto-Ship Platform is easy to access and use. We offer a few ways to access your Auto-Ship information.
[Preferred] Access your Store Account: The best way to manage your Auto-Ship + Save information is to log into your store account. This is a one stop shop for all your store details, including one-time and auto-ship orders. If you have not created an account in the past, please use the email address that was used when setting up your auto-ship purchase during registration.
Login Page Link: You can access just your Auto-Ship + Save platform by clicking the "manage your subscriptions" link on the account login page. Please note this will only give you access to your Auto-Ship + Save settings and not your complete customer account.
Email "Magic Links": We will send emails during key points of your Auto-Ship + Save shopping journey. These emails will generally include a link to your Auto-Ship + Save platform and do not require you to login in most cases. For security reasons these links will only work for a few days after they are sent. Please note these links will not give you access to your complete customer account.

Our Auto-Ship + Save program features some great savings all while ensuring you never run out of your pets favorites! Initial Discount:
We proudly offer a generous discount of 50% off your first Auto-Ship + Save order.
Recurring Discount:
Save 5% on all future Auto-Ship + Save orders while enjoying the convienance of never running out of your pets favorites.
Pack Perk Rewards Bonus:
All rewards tiers earn our highest points per $ on all Auto-Ship orders. This is equal to 10% back in points!
Legacy Subscriptions:
Select Pack Members who signed up for a Auto-Ship + Save plan in the past will enjoy the original 15% savings on future orders previosly offered and any additional loyalty points currently being offered. Canceling or modifying the previous plan will result in the plan reverting to the current standard discount offerings. We are unable to modify this or revert you back to a previous plan so it is important to consider this before canceling or editing your options. Generally, legacy subscriptions are those created before May 2024.
