American Made Quality means we can stand by this product longer. We guarantee that this item will be free of manufacturer defects and last at least 1 year under normal use.

With normal use most customers see this item last for much longer then a year. 

There are a few instances that can not be covered by our guarantee. We will under no circumstance be liable for collars or leashes that are chewed. These items are not toys and should never be allowed to be chewed. No collar will stand up to chewing. Normal wear and tear should be expected along with discoloring of the product with use. We do not guarantee the product will look brand new after normal use.
