We work hard to ship most products within 12 hours. Some items may have longer handling or transit times and will be explained on their individual item page. Select items may ship separately and at different times.

Shipping Time: On Average, this item is packaged and shipped out within 12 hours of placing your order.

Partner Product: This item ships directly from our manufacturing partner and will arrive separately from most other items.

Carriers: This item will ship via USPS.

Transit Time: The normal transit time for this item is 1-5 business days when standard shipping is selected at checkout.

Tracking: When your order is shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent. For the best tracking experience we recommend downloading the "Shop App" from your order confirmation page.

Standard Shipping: Every order ships free when you spend $39+. For orders $39 and under we charge a flat shipping rate of $5.

Other Shipping Options: We offer multiple upgraded shipping options to choose from at checkout. Please factor in any shipping, handling, or production time stated on the individual items page. We cannot expedite these times as some partner products are made to order, often by hand. Need an order by a certain date? Item Specific Information: Decor products are guaranteed free of manufacturing defects for 365 days. Your item should stand up to normal use for 365 days as well. Normal wear, tear, and discoloration is normal depending on use and we are unable to guarantee your item will remain in mint condition, only that it will remain usable.

• Chewing - These items are not chew toys and will not stand up to any chewing. Please do not allow pets to play with these items.
